CUSTOMER POLICY 

RETURNS, REFUNDS, EXCHANGES 

I AM FLOURISH

I AM FLOURISH is committed to fair trading practices as well as to be guided by the principles envisaged in the Consumer Protection Act 68 of 2008 (CPA) when dealing with our customers. 

RETURNS/EXCHANGES

  • Should the customer change his/her mind regarding the purchase of a product, the product/goods may be returned for a refund or exchanged for another product/goods, subject to availability, within a 7 (seven) day period from date of receiving the product provided that the product was not used and is in its original unopened package. 
  • In the event of a return or exchange, the customer will be liable for any courier costs.

REFUNDS

  • No cash refunds will be made.
  • You will be refunded subject to the law and in the same manner that you initially paid for the product/goods, either by credit card or EFT.
  • It is your duty to provide I AM FLOURISH with the correct banking details and information in writing as I AM FLOURISH shall not be held responsible or liable if payments are made into an incorrect bank account provided by you.

DEFECTIVE/DAMAGED GOODS

  • Goods/products that are received by the customer in a defective/damaged condition will be exchanged subject to availability of stock, alternatively for a refund, provided that the defect/damage is reported within a 7 (seven) day period from date of receiving the defective/damaged goods with proof of the defect/damage.
  • If the defect/damage of the goods was caused by the customers negligence, mishandling, or abuse, same will not be exchanged or returned for a refund. I AM FLOURISH reserves its right to investigate the nature of the defect/damage complaint in making a decision.
  • I AM FLOURISH will be liable for the collection/delivery/courier costs for any defective/damaged goods that were of no fault of the customer. 

All requests for returns, exchanges and refunds must accompany proof of purchase/order or the customers copy of the delivery note.
